    We ordered a silver belly bowl hat in August ******************************************************************* February. He did not contact us until May after the rodeo had passed.Then when we received an update and with pictures of a hat that was not what we requested. He said he would make the hat right or give our money back. It has been a year and he has done neither.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JIMMY PIERCE. He has been a liar and a thief.

    This woman is lied in everything she has posted.  
    the order was in December, not august.  The hat was $450, not $575.  Her husband got his hat because it was what I normally made.  I said I would try to get them by the rodeo, but had no control over when materials comes in.  I also told her I had never made a hat like this, and it might take a few tries, but I would get there.  I made multiple trips to ******* to deal with this, not charging any extra, and re worked the hat twice, at no charge, and shipped it at no charge.

    On March 8, 2022, my wife and I drove to Jimmy ********************** Designs, to order a custom made hat. Mr. ********************** and I agreed on a hat color and style and I gave him a deposit for $243.06. Mr. ********************** told me that it would take 4 to 6 months to complete the order. On September 2, 2022, I emailed Mr. ********************** to request a status on my order and asked him to call me. I received no response, so I again emailed Mr. ********************** on September 29, 2022, to request a status and a photo of the hat once it was complete. On October 17, 2022, Mr. ********************** emailed that the hat was ready, that he had been doing "invents" the last week, and that he would be back in the shop on Wednesday, October 19, 2022. I responded to Mr. **********************'s email and requested a photo of the completed hat. Needless to say, I did NOT receive a photo of the completed hat.On November 7, 2022, I emailed Mr. ********************** to tell him that it had been almost 9 months since my initial order and requested a refund. I told him that I was no longer interested in the hat and gave him until Friday, November 11, 2022, to transmit a refund.On November 7, 2022, Mr. ********************** emailed his response stating that he had told me "multiple" times that the hat was ready, that I hadn't come to get it, that I hadn't offered to pay the balance, and that I hadn't asked for it to be shipped.On November 7, 2022, I responded to Mr. ********************** stating that he had me confused with someone else, as the last email I had received from him was a photo of an incomplete hat, and that I had no emails or texts from him stating that the hat was ready for pick up.On November 7, 2022, I emailed Mr. **********************, again, telling him that though I had not received a photo of the completed hat, that I was willing to drive to *****, **, and that I could be at his shop on Wednesday, November 9, 2022, between the hours of 10 a.m. and noon. I asked him if that would be "okay."To date, I have NOT received a response from Mr. **********************, nor have I received a photo of the completed hat.

    ****************, you did not email me asking if I would be in the shop Wednesday, if you had, I would have said yes.  You have lied to this woman.  I have forwarded out correspondence. 

    I will be there from 5-8 tonight. Friday from **** for the public as I have a private event starting at 11.

    Monday from 2-8
    Tues/Wed 9-8
    Thursday 9-3:30.
    I am not sure about Friday and the weekend yet, but I suspect I will be around.

    I am the only person in my shop.  When I do events, I am not there.  

    I am having material supply issues, like many other industries.  That is the reason for the delay in finishing this hat.  I am currently telling people **** month to get their hat orders I was not made aware of the extend of the material issues by my suppliers until months after **************** ordered his hat.  Other custom makers at telling people 1-2 years if they will even give an estimate.

    Mr. Pierce,
    At this point in time I am done dealing with you. Everything that I stated in my complaint to the BBB is documented. I resent you calling me a liar and suggest you improve your communication skills. Let's just put an end to this relationship and send me my refund for $243.06. With that I wish you better days and improved material supply issues.
