      I originally had a dealer contract with ***************** but they sold or gave away my contract to APOYO financial in September of 2023. 15 months after getting a contract with Adonis for my vehicle. According to my contract I am supposed to keep full coverage insurance with a $500 deductible naming Adonis as the loss payee. And if not, I have to pay an extra $72 towards my car note every two weeks. Since August of 2024 APOYO has been charging me an unknown amount towards that $72 even though I have given them proof of my full coverage insurance through auto advantage insurance naming Adonis as the loss payee. They keep saying they denied my insurance proof and marked it as fraud even though I sent them proof that Ive been paying on my full coverage insurance. Proof of the email I got directly from auto advantage of my declaration page, my next payment due date, and proof of how much Ive paid since my new policy has started. I pay 191 a month for full coverage and do not feel that I am responsible to pay an extra $144 a month for collateral insurance when in my contract it says that that payment would be void as long as I have full coverage insurance of my own which I do have. They are still charging the fee which is unfair to me to have to pay that and my own insurance of $191 when that was not apart of my contract. Ive been asking to speak to a supervisor for the past three months. They tell me a supervisor will contact me within ********************************************************************* thus far. Today I called to speak to a supervisor and was told the supervisor is on vacation and will not be able to speak to me until she comes back. I was told the supervisors name is ***** *********. Ive asked to be in contact with the insurance department, they said they have no way of contacting that department other than by email which they still have not came to a solution and have disengaged my vehicle a few times for non payment of their insurance
