      11/22/2021 was when I first contacted panini about a damaged card that I had encounter in one of their hobby absolute box. I paid over 500 for the hobby box and one of the biggest hits was complete damaged. I tried to reach out and make a phone calls but till this day I have received any type of response. They have my card for a little over a year and this is my last resource to get them to either replace my card or refund me the money of a hibby box due to their own Quality Control being so bad and the card being damaged to the point the wax was peeling off.

      Good day. I've been trying to contact panini about a bunch of redemptions I have been waiting for from them. Some are 3-4 years old . I have tried contacting them multiple times and now my email is blocked from contacting them. They will not answer any questions over the phone. They just put you on hold till you hang up or don't answer at all ! A lot of these cards I'm waiting for were worth a lot of money when the redemptions were redeemed and a lot of them today are now an 1/8 of the value. By them not fulfilling these redemptions they put in all their products. It has cost me thousands of dollars. Especially in times like we are in I could have really used the money from sales of these cards. So my formal complaint (I'm sure you have received numerous complaints on panini redemptions) with no contact or responses from panini I have no other choice but to file this complaint. I would like the cards they have promised in the redemptions!! The way they run this business is very unexceptionable and unfair to their customers. Such a massive company should be able to deal with their customers in a timely manner or even respond for that matter . Thank you for your time. I appreciate it

      When spending over $1000 on sports cards, I expect to receive all of the cards I paid for. Panini has a system called "redemption" in which they slap a sticker for you to redeem one of the cards you ALREADY PAID FOR at a later date. The problem is that the Redemption system doesn't get reviewed ever and my cards been "processing" for way too long. From others I have asked, some have waited over 6 months to 2 years for a card! There are value to these cards that *** not exist by the time I receive them and it's deceptive to hold out items I purchased.

      I sent in three card redemptions. After 120 days I hadn't received any of the autographed cards. They give you an option to choose a replacement redemption. I did this for all three. Over the phone, they told me this replacement process would take 6-8 weeks. It has been around 23 weeks or so and I have yet to receive any of the cards. I have sent messages online and they haven't replied.

      So back in the March/April area of 2021 I went to my local sports card shop called *****'s ****** Card shop and purchased a couple of Panini branded Prizm Soccer Hobby boxes. It was well over $1000.00 for the boxes. A few days down the road I open those boxes and inside i find a redemption autographed card. The exact card and name of player is 2020 Panini Prizm

      I have tried ever since I've redeemed the card that I rightfully am owed for buying the product. They have all these redemptions and so many go unfulfilled . I've tried phone calls, emails, and on the app to contact any of the employees that work directly with redemptions and have had 0 responses. It's approaching two years and no response. I even offered to take a replacement of equal value with players I listed . I've been more then patient and it's not fair this company is selling these pricy boxes with guarantied autographs but a lot of them end of being redemptions and you never get your cards so that guaranteed auto on their boxes is a hoax and misleading thousands and thousands of sports cards collectors into being ripped off. I want all my money back or the redemption or replacement fulfilled

      I reached a rep today from panini they said they would send me a white box witch is good with me but would take upto another 6 months , I will take the white box in replacement of the lamello ball auto that's owed to me but , waiting 9 another 9 months is unexpectable I'd like the white box shipped to me promptly , thank you very much for the help and support

      My complaint about this company is an unauthorized charge on my credit card. This matter is now to be resolved by my credit card company due to a fraudulent amount on my account by someone purchasing under this website. This company appears to have a track record of fraud and should be shut down.

      I had a redemption card from a product and it has been in waiting for over 4 years. I was just notified via email that they are no longer going to give me the redemption card and replaced it with reward points. The value they replaced was not even close to the value of the card that I was supposed to receive. The card is valued at over $150 and the only rewarded me with 900 reward points, which is roughly $45 in value. That is less than 1/3 the actual value of the card. Very undervalued replacement and I feel cheated and ripoff.

      Ticket ******* - 2012 Panini Threads (*****) ************************* ************ Signature - Redeemed 12/27/2015 Ticket ******* - 2012 Panini Marquee (*****) ************************* Rookie Signatures - Redeemed 12/22/2018 I've waited years for both the ************************* (2015) and ************************* (2018) signature cards only for them to be replaced by Panini "Rewards Points" the past couple of weeks. There are no players the caliber or value of either of these players in the rewards program and even if they were added I don't feel the points given would be enough to trade in for either of these players. I was given **** points for all star player *************************. There is currently a signature card for **** points in the rewards program for ***************** (played in *** for two seasons). No way the ************************* and ***************** autos should have similar values. I've emailed Panini about this and have not heard back from them. I just want the ************************* and ************************* autographed cards that i redeemed. I'm not asking for anything more or anything less than what i redeemed. I don't care if the cards are exactly the same as what i redeemed. I'll accept any card autographed by ************************* and ************************* at this point. I waited years on panini to fulfill these only to be given the short end of the stick yet again. I've had numerous redemptions that have not been fulfilled by Panini but none as valuable has the two cards listed above.

After reviewing both of your redemptions, I noticed that both tickets were expired before you originally redeemed them. With expired redemptions, if the card is in stock the card will be sent out. If the card is from an athlete who is actively signing, we will wait to see if that redemption comes in within the following months. If it does not, we close the redemption for half the value in Panini Points. Unfortunately, these are the ************ for expired redemptions and since we did not receive the original redemptions from the athlete's the ticket was closed for points.
