      The owner followed up on my complaint and made sure the job was completed to my satisfaction. Now, both bathrooms look great!I appreciate the professionalism of the workers and the owner who stood true to his word. That meant so much to me!

      *** called me about a previous matter and was very polite and professional. We were able to have a great conversation about how both of our businesses want to help and be available for business partners and most importantly our customers. I am thankful to *** for calling and wanting to resolve concerns on both sides. Would definitely work with them again.

      I set up an appointment over the phone, took time out of my day to meet them. I did get a phone call saying that the Gentleman who was coming was running late due to an appointment before mine running behind. I understood and was ok with waiting an hour past my schedule set time. 2.5 hours later, no phone call. I called them and told them that I had been waiting for over 2 hours. I canceled the appointment. I won't call them back either. My time has a value as well.

      I can't speak to their product, as we never got to that point. I set an appointment during a particularly busy day. I received a text the day before confirming the appointment. When the time came, no phone call, no text and no one showed up for the appointment. There's nothing that upsets me more than people who don't respect your time.

      product is great...service is not. No follow through on problems that need fixing. They make promises they don't keep. I would not recommend them.
