    I purchased a vehicle that has predominantly been in the shop for 9 months.

    Good afternoon, the particular truck that this customer bought was 10 years old and over ******* miles on it. Customer also signed "as is" paperwork and understood the terms. We are a very reputable dealer and we do at times help customers with repairs even on as is units if they occur right after purchase. This customer has never reached out to us about issues with the truck and this is the first I am hearing about it. We have all signed paperwork by the customer and documentation on what we did as far as repairs to the truck as well if you would like to review any of them. Also feel free to call me at anytime.

    I do not accept the response because I contacted ********************* the person I bought the truck from and he said there is nothing he could do. He said I could buy another truck from him. He also stated he thinks he knows what's wrong with the truck.

    We are submitting for a refund as the truck is a lemon and has not been operational since we bought the thing. It's a very expensive investment made for an inoperable vehicle. It is highly inappropriate to think we would accept a vehicle that is not capable of making us money. An appropriate response would be to help get the vehicle operational. There were no next steps. We have a statement given by ************ to vouch that this truck has not been operational for months.

    I will attach the sales invoice, the "as is" disclosure that the customer agreed to, the "we owe-delivery confirmation" showing none that the customer agreed to and the ** DOT inspection showing that the truck passed inspection. I have never been contacted by the customer and he mentions that the ************************* was contacted but does not give a date of when. The truck was sold "as is" as you can see by the attached documentation. Please feel free to reach out to me at any time.
