      This business provides a helpful service, allowing the volunteers and employees of my organization to become certified in CPR/*** on their own time and at a reasonable cost. I appreciate the online aspect and simplicity but thoroughness of the training. This is essential as a non-profit, and because it is difficult to gather everyone for an in-person training. Everyone feels ready now in case of emergency.And the customer service is excellent! Thanks **********************!

      Having taken a physical class every two to four years for the past 30 years, this was amazingly simple and actually pleasant to get through. I would not recommend it for newcomers at all but for those of us who have the experience of having taken the physical classes several, it was great!

      This is the first time using this for my (required) First Aid and CPR certificate. I'm told if my organization does not accept it, I can get a full refund within 30 days. I am hoping all will go well (& it will be accepted by my employer) and I will be able to use this in the future as well.

      Was not happy they automatically charged me for items that I did not want and my checkout was $40 more than I anticipated paying, but their customer care team and ******* ***** took the time to listen understand why I was upset and processed the refund immediately for the extra items I added on at checkout. The only reason Im giving them five stars is because of ******* ***** and the way he handled my call! The man deserves a raise, and every customer care *** should be like him! Be aware upon checkout at this website, they will add in charges for wallet size CPR cards mannequins they want to ship you in the mail for a price and unlimited recertification each with their own price but do not give you a line item breakdown. So when you check out, I thought I was paying $15 and they charged me $45 for the extra add-ons that I did not want need nor click to purchase but again their customer care team made it right quickly and effectively

      I was very impressed with Ms. ****** she was just so sweet, nice, helpful, and awesome. Samia, was very pleasant and we even had a few laughs. Thank goodness for people like ****** and she also made certain that I received the 10% discount which was extremely helpful with me being a senior citizen and all.       ******* ****** was excellent with assisting me with getting my CPR card, receipt, and money refunded as I did not need to have and pay the extra $12.99 for the wallet card. I use this site every year for certification. Thank you.
