    I gave this company over $8000 and they were supposed to start an Amazon store for me and its never been working. They dont answer their phones. They dont take your calls. They dont know what theyre doing and they lost me all my money. They are a fraudulent company and they are scammers. They changed products on me three times before they decided to give me a Amazon seller central store, which is not what I signed up for because they dont know what theyre doing I have not made any money just watched them Loose my money and I demand my money back, and of course they will not take my calls. I cant believe they are still in business. If this is how they treat people complete fraud. Scammers!

    I am writing this response to the complaint that was recently submitted for my company. This complaint was posted to the wrong AdStar Media. I am located in ****** and there is another company with the same name located in *******, ******* that we have no association with. This has been an ongoing problem as I have been receiving numerous emails and phone calls from people being scammed by Adstar Media in *******. We do not even offer the services that ***** filed a complaint for, however, its the same story I have heard from numerous people over the past few months. They pay this company to build them an ****** store and they never receive anything in return. These people need to be shut down immediately.

    I am not affiliated with this company in any way. I have attached a screenshot from their website showing that they offer ****** services as ***** is describing. My company does not offer that service at all. This ongoing issue has been very frustrating for me as a business owner with these scammers using the same business name. I am happy to answer any and all questions and will personally aid in getting them shut down as I am tired of dealing with complaints that have nothing to do with me.

    I have reviewed the business response and accept this resolution.  I am so sorry please remove my complaint. It is the wrong Adstar and he gets these complaints all the time against him because of the real fraudulent company which is in *******. I feel so terrible. I put a correct complaint into the right Adstar company in ******* on ************** and I will look for my resolution with them, but please, withdraw this complaint! Thank you, *********************
