    On December 8 i purchased a diverted special of 15 dollars by the merchant to clean 8 vents. They invalidated my coupon and tried to charge me a regular price of $400. I tried to cancel services and obtained a refund but was told of a 3 day policy. Merchant only had appointment two weeks out and would not have possibly known they would not ***** their false advertising.

    Purchased groupon to visit ******** without realizing that I selected 7th Sep which was a mistake on my part. I wanted it for 6th Sep as i was leaving on 7th. Reached out to Groupon cusotmer care within 30 mins, they said sales is final cannot change the date neither refund. Basically I lost $71.97 in 30 mins for no reason.

    The compliant is submitted to Groupon, and we're GroupOne Background Screening, this is a mis identification of our organization.   We perform pre-employment background screening and reports guided by the Fair Credit Reporting Act for employment purposes.  We do not issue coupons for Legoland, nor are associated with Groupon.
