      Tell me why one of your salespeople - ********************* - is on/near the ****** campus and telling students they can get free ipod pros if they get their parents electric bill and sign them up for this program. These students dont pay the bill, arent on the bill and have no authority to change the service provider. Oh, and he discovered the iPod pros are fake - cheap versions in white apple box. What a fraud. Such a scam. Dont fall for this.

      Shady business practices. A representative came to our door today 7/31/23 saying he didn't need to check our meters today, but wanted us to show him our gas or electric bill to see if we have been over charged. He said our neighbors have done the same (lie... my neighbors were smart and not answering the door as we checked our cameras). We became suspicious as he made it sound like he may be from the electric or gas company. We asked for ID. He quickly scrolled on his phone and flashed something at us. We didn't even get to see it. We sent the man away because something was off and did not seem right. We reviewed our Ring footage and saw he was wearing USG&E vest/jacket. He never even mentioned this. I had to research the company on my own to see if it's legitimate. Also the man never made eye contact and he just kept scrolling on his phone. Poor business practice... I guess he was trying to sell us to switch suppliers. Dishonesty or misleading info is not acceptable. I would NEVER switch to this company. Please invest in suitable Identification for your employees also.

      Horrible business practices!! I have no knowledge of being enrolled and it took a week of calling numerous times to finally get a response and copy of the contract that has no signature on it If any of these reps knock on your door put them off your property asap !!!!!!
