    Bernard Floors were fantastic from the outset! Aldo was among the first to respond when I put my project out for bid. Their price was competitive, but Aldo’s responsiveness and communication style ultimately sold me.
    Overall, Bernard Floors performance on my project exceeded my expectations. Aldo did a great job working with me regarding schedule constraints and activities of other trades and was very communicative and engaged during the installation. Most importantly, his installers were experts and the results are magnificent!

    Called this business for an estimate on hardwood project. **** came out and took a plank from existing floor to see if he can match and return. He never brought back and said he lost it. I asked how could you loose the plank when you know I dont have another!!!! He promised to send someone to replace but never shows up for scheduled time. Hi have messaged and called him for over 2 months but every time we schedule he never shows and never follow up. He is a liar and I wouldnt trust him with any projects in your home. I dont recommend this business to anyone , stay away!

    I couldnt be happier with my new hardwood floors! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, and I have to give a huge shoutout to **** for being so kind and professional every step of the way. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect!Not only did they deliver exactly what they promised, but they also finished right on time, which is such a rare find these days. The craftsmanship is absolutely stunning, and the attention to detail is top-notch. If youre looking for a reliable, professional team that does incredible work, this is it! Highly recommend!

    ****, ******** and the team have done a great refinishing job. Turning a reddish brown Brazilian cherry color into a modern light nordic seal. The result looks very nice.Friendly and efficient communication on the different steps along the process.
