      -I have been discriminated against.Staring "07-18-2022" I worked for Vizient (***********************************************************************************************************) Phone ************** My performance was very good, I got many recognitions. And got a promotion on "10-20-2022". (In 2021, I had atrial fibrillation, and had a procedure called "ablation", I was also given medications. and eventually my health got back to normal).But because of the very hard work stress and giving me many work assignments with very short deadlines, my heart issues started to show again (chest pain, and shortness of breath), so I increased the dosage of medication (with the limit that my doctor ************* impacted my performance. the HR told me to file a claim with ******* The ******* ******************************* Disability and Life Claims PO Box **** *****, ** ********** Phone No.: ************** Secure Fax No.: ************** (*********************************, phone **********************) - Claim Number ******** ****************** Group)But ******* denied the claim. (I called them back to appeal the claim.)-My work rejected to return me to work and they require a letter from my doctor that it is safe to work,My work told me "Please just note that while your claim remains in a denied status, we are not able to pay you any additional leave pay. You will, however, remain employed with the Company, but you will be on an unpaid leave of absence. ", they also told me that they will lay me off as soon as I am back to work.-And now I don't know what to do, I am not even allowed to apply for unemployment, and not able to get back to work, and I have to pay apartment rent, bills, medications, food, ...
