    Complain Against District Cuba for ********************************* Complaint:I am submitting this complaint against District Cuba regarding a damaged item I received through their shipping service.I used District Cuba to send a television to **** from ******, *****. In addition to the regular shipping fee, I paid an extra charge specifically to insure the TV and ensure it would be handled with care. However, when the TV arrived, it was visibly damaged and completely unusable.I contacted District Cuba to report the issue, expecting a resolution or compensation, especially considering the insurance fee that was paid. Unfortunately, I have not received any satisfactory response or reimbursement. I find this unacceptable and extremely disappointing.This situation has caused financial loss and frustration, and I believe District Cuba should be held accountable for failing to deliver the service I paid for particularly the protection of the insured item.I am requesting a full refund or compensation for the damaged television. I also urge BBB to look into this matter, as customers should be able to trust that insured items will be properly protected and claims will be respected.Sincerely,****** ****** *****
