    We are writing in response to the review that was submitted by a prospective Vendor that was contacted by our office to repair a machine. We are writing to formally address the issues we have encountered with their services and to clarify that Sleeptronic is not liable for the invoices issued by ************** Heavy ******************************* Initial Agreement:On June 21, 2024, We contacted Vendor via ******** Marketplace regarding the repair of a leaking cylinder on our boom lift. Vendor estimated the cost to be between $500-$1000, depending on parts and labor. Failed Appointments and Miscommunication:1. First Appointment (June 26, 2024): - The Vendor arrived two hours late, drove around our warehouse, and left without presenting yourself or inspecting the equipment. - We rescheduled for June 28, 2024, at 3 PM. 2. Second Appointment (June 28, 2024):** - Vendor arrived over an hour late and misunderstood the repair required, despite clear prior communication. - Vendor provided a new quote of $5000, significantly higher than the original estimate and other quotes we received. - We decided not to proceed with ******* services. Unreasonable Charges:Despite no services being rendered, Vendor issued an invoice for $425, including fees for the initial visit where no diagnostic work was performed. This invoice was later increased by adding a late fee. Misrepresentation and False Claims:Vendor claimed that terms were listed on their ******** ad, which was not the case at the time of our inquiry. The ad was subsequently modified and then deleted. Unjustified BBB Review:Vendor posted a negative review on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website, falsely claiming that we were avoiding payment. This is untrue and misrepresents the situation. Final Communication:******* latest correspondence included threats of additional late fees and unfounded accusations. Request for Resolution:1. **Cancellation of Charges:** Cancel all invoices related to this unfulfilled service.2. **Removal of BBB Review:** Remove the false review from the BBB website. We seek to resolve this matter promptly and professionally.
