      Plano Kawasaki Suzuki Aprilia Moto Guzzi Sucks this complaint is about Plano Kawasaki Suzuki….
      A buddy of mine bought his 2018 Suzuki V storm 650 here and he had work done here before and he had a bunch of accessories added to his bike here at this place but as of March 16, 2023, he can confidently say that his recent experience with Plano Kawasaki Suzuki Vespa Moto was nothing short of a nightmare. The head service man, Andy Cannon, not only tried to rip him off with double the routine service charges, he also seemed to have a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. This is one creepy dude.
      During his recent visit, he brought in his 2018 Suzuki DL 1000 V-Strom for a 29000 mile service. As expected, this should have taken anywhere from 4 to 4.5 hours to complete. It’s the same service you do it 14,500 However, his bike had 29,000 miles on it and needed the same service as the 14,500 mile check-up. To his surprise, Andy Cannon tried to charge him for 8.5 hours of work instead of the routine 4 to 4.5 hours. My brother from another mother verified with five other motorcycle dealerships is that the price for the maintenance should have been $400.00 to $550.00.
      Not only was this an outrageous charge, it also showed a lack of honesty and integrity. He sucks at life It was clear that this dealership was more interested in making a quick buck than in providing quality service to its customers.
      To add insult to injury, Andy’s overall attitude was dismissive and well, dismissive & when he raised his concerns with Andy, Andy made him feel like his business and satisfaction were of little importance to Plano Kawasaki Suzuki Vespa Moto.
      Overall, he would not recommend this dealership to anyone. If you're looking for a reputable dealership to service or purchase your motorcycle, he suggests YOU look elsewhere. The service and customer satisfaction here are terrible, and it’s clear that greed is the driving factor behind all of their practices. To summarize,
