  I would give a negative score, Im extremely disappointed with c.service. The movers were nice, but all three were smaller than me. Im 56 even the complex reps. thought they were high schoolers, besides if my son and I had not helped load boxes on the truck it would have taken longer. Friday, August 25, 2023 Ameritex moved my furniture. They were loading my very large heavy Marble Console Table. The representative broke it in half. They had me come to formal dinning room where they showed me they broke it.I called Monday, August 28, ************************************************* an insurance claim on any items they had broke. A few days later I sent pictures of all the items, table with measurements, the ********* Crystal ************ etc.. The representative stated the company has up to 30 days to let me know what they planned to do and 45 days to rectify. Friday, September 22, 2023 I phoned Ameritex and they stated they mailed a check to the Office address by mistake of the complex I currently live. I then went to the office where they had not received and waited for them to call me back since they stated they would after they checked to see if it had been returned.Friday, October 6, 2023 I still have not received a call from them so I phoned again. I then left a message for the Office Manager to call me with an employee, that insured me someone would call. Monday, October 9, 2023. Finally they called me and stated they reissued a check and mailed on October 4. I then asked what the amount was that they sent. They replied they doesnt have that information. They also said they only pay .60 cents on the pound. I told them I thought it was .60 on the dollar and how could they go by the pound if they had not weighed the table or the *********, plus nothing else was offered. They said they use a book and I had not purchased replacement. It is now Friday, October 13, 2023. I have not received a check a phone call or any explanations.

  Tyrell's crew was professional and conscientious. They worked at a good pace and were very careful with my belongings and not to damage the residences I was moving out of and moving into. I would highly recommend, and I would use them again.

  My apartment complex had A merit ex to pack my things and move to another location due to building structural problems. I was not allowed to return to said building. Once my things were moved to the new location and while unpacking the boxes I found many of my items were missing.
  Once getting in touch with them and speaking to Sara, she said it wasn't there fault that my items were missing. And they were not going to reimburse me for my loss.
  The amount of missing items were over $700.00.

  We were Hired by this Apartments manager to pack this customer on 2/8/23 but the packing was postponed to another day due to their credit card declined. We never entered this apartment on this day and the maintenance man had all the keys to let us enter and exit every apartment that day. The manager contacted us and scheduled this move for 3/14/23 for packing and moving the same day. Our movers arrived at 10:57 am and finished this move at 5 .13 pm. Everything that was in the apartment moved out and was delivered to this customer the same day. The customer even praised our movers for their great job. We find these allegations unfounded and untrue. We ask the customer to remove this review as soon as possible.

  They did a great job wrapped everything that needed wrapping and explained how everything worked. No questions went unanswered.
