    Purchased 2021 **** eco sport approx ******.Paid in full Warranty was supposed to be three years ****** miles plus powertrain warranty for ****** miles Was lied to about a recall I was told it had been completed to only find out. It had not been completed. Ive tried taking mycar back to the same dealership four times now have been denied the recall . A buyback was denied. a premier warranty was offered through ********* only to be denied by Westway ford. when I explained, I still needed to have a safe car to drive I was told I cannot have the warranty was then offered a limited warranty to only be told. Id be called back next week. Have never got a call back. Posted a ****** review. The owner responded to ****** review asking me to reach out. I reached Out no call back. I have been lied to. I am driving an unsafe car and **** has dropped the ball. I have never seen such a toxic company and I am requesting my car to be fixed properly with the warranty and the recall or a complete buyback so that I can get a safe car to drive. Is anyone listening? I have been ignored for almost a year.

    Was told by them that the truck would be 53k they want me to hurry up and get there to get it and then all the sudden he says yea it's gonna be 63k plus 4k in dealer add ons or I can do your x plan and it will be 65k plus 4k in dealer add ons truck has nothing done to it

    On 8/17/2024 I purchased a used vehicle. They refused to give me my keys when I tried to leave (after they were trying to charge me $5000 over the cost of the warranty). I bought the vehicle and had issue after issue after issue. They ignored the issues and even had a sales *** fraudulently mis***resenting himself as a manager.The GM pawned me off onto another manager who gave me the run around in fixing my vehicle. Even with the extended warranty I purchased they refused to get me in to get ***airs done with any type of urgency. It has been 3 months and they refuse to help

    I RO'CHEL purchased a vehicle trade in, westway ford, there was a issue with my title so I needed the judge to sign off on it ,I had to wait on court date the dealership decided we should give my car back and take there's back so we did that. I paid the dealership ***** that day .but they said they was going to refund the money it been 2years and some months the money was never given back the dealership avoided my calls and emails I have been calling since August and still will not respond to me a **** ******* and ***** ****** is the men that owes me a refund since they are the owners, i was told only the owners can give it back. when I was told about the title issue I gave there vehicle back that day they kept mine for 2 weeks more, All I want is my back money

    Westway Ford Service,,,if there were ratings in the negative then -5 would be the rating. Ive never dealt with a ************ with the worst customer service for a dealership. The integrity and communication for my vehicle is atrocious. They have had my vehicle for an extensive amount of time (3 Weeks) with no timeframe of readiness for the completion of the two repairs. I truly believe this facility indeed operates on preferential treatment of customers (Hint). I still at this time waiting on when the vehicle will be ready. I have dealt with both the service advisor (**** *************** Manager/Director (***** *******). I may have received one text and two/three calls over the weeks my vehicle has been at the facility. Now my calls go unreturned from the service mgr. ***** ******* & recently informed **** **** is retired. I finally was approved a loaner vehicle after two weeks since my vehicle (2015 **** Explorer Sport) which I believe would suffice however no update on my vehicle after another week has passed. I again have requested that ***** ******* call me back and I again called him which now my calls go to voicemail. My calls go unreturned with updates. As far as I know there is no need to order parts for the two mechanical issues? I also perhaps thinks that perhaps my vehicle was either damaged or another issue occurred in their possession that I have not been informed of working "behind the scenes" to remedy the issue. I have never incurred this total disrespect or unconcern for a customer at a supposed top dealership ever! I again state this scenario may perhaps fall into the preferential discrimiation treatment of customers. My last voicemail (10/11/24) to ***** ******* was to provide an update or I will elect to have my vehicle taken/towed to another facility for service completion. I strongly recommend NOT patronizing this service department and go elsewhere. I will use alternative legal avenues along with the BBB.

    I picked up my vehicle almost 4 weeks ago. The experience was not positive throughout the entire process from drop off to pickup. The day of pickup, the dealership discarded personal material, damaged door driver side molding, left the vehicle in disarray etc. Finally to add Im very disappointed in BBB as I didnt feel my complaint received the priority from a consumer support representation as I only received perhaps two updates from initial opening of the complaint. Overall this has been a very negative experience outcome from Westway & BBB regarding my situation regarding my vehicle.

    On June 29 2024 I purchased a new **** F150 from Westway Ford. While completing my financing paperwork the loan processor mentioned the option for an extended warranty. One thing that really attracted me to this warrant was when she mentioned all my oil changes and tire rotations would be included. I thought this sounded odd so I asked for clarification multiple times. Each time I was ensured that they would be covered as long as I come to a participating dealer. I continue to complete the paperwork. The vehicle I purchase also has a lift kit with different wheels and tires and power retractable running boards. I was told these components would also be covered under the extended warranty. A few weeks later I needed to visit the dealers service department. I spoke with the service advisor about a different issue first. Then I proceeded to ask him about the warranty coverage. I was shocked to see that the care portion of the plan was t added to my warranty coverage. This is what covers the oil changed and tire rotation. I quickest called the finance director to voice my concern. He got me in touch with the loan processor. She told me she never said that and essentially lied to me and her boss. I tried to make multiple calls but never heard back from her. I finally got a call from a customer service manager who pretty much told me theres nothing that can be done since I signed a form showing I declined the care plan. This was never explained to me at the time of signing. I felt very rushed and wasnt given all the facts. When. I called the warranty company they proceeded to tell me aftermarket parts arent covered under the warranty. This is another lie told by the loan processor. All communication has since stopped and they dealer will not return my calls or txt messages.

    On August 2, 2024, I purchased a vehicle from Westway Ford dealership. I completed all necessary paperwork and made the payment. However, I recently discovered that the previous owner still has possession of the vehicle, and there is uncertainty about when it will be delivered to me or in what condition.As a disabled veteran, I conducted this transaction in good faith. Unfortunately, I feel that Westway Ford has breached that trust. Specifically, I believe that the General Manager, ***********************, the Operations Manager, *******************************, and the Sales Representative, *****************************, provided fraudulent misrepresentation or advertising regarding the vehicle I purchased.Furthermore, I assert that Westway Ford constitute negligence. The standard of care owed to me as a customer was breached, falling below what a reasonable person would expect.I kindly request that they address this matter promptly and provide a resolution that ensures my rights as a consumer are upheld.

    (WestWay Ford = WW) I purchased a Expedition from WW in 2021 and made it clear that I wanted a lease and questioned the **** Flex Buy on the paperwork. Their finance team assured me this was a lease, I trusted their word. In May 2024 I their Sales representative told me that I had signed a **** Flex Buy, not a lease. My 2021 car would carry an additional $10K to my new vehicle. My Sales representative apologized and told me they fired most of their prior Finance Team because they were lying/deceiving customers. He made it clear that he couldnt control conversations past when I moved to the next steps. I agreed to use (screenshot) $2800 of my warranties towards the down payment, as I advised I would not be paying anything down. I inquired about the paperwork showing cash as $3400 with Finance and was told that they had to move the numbers to get them to appear correct, as I was not putting money down. I signed the paperwork and left. That same day, MPP insurance confirmed I would be reimbursed $3479 for Platinum coverage and $557.60 for ************** I called MPP back days later and was told that WW collected the entire $3479.00 warranty; not the $2800 agreed upon but redistributed my funds without my permission. I spoke with the Finance Manager ***** on 06/07/24, she apologized for this, letting me know that they pulled $3400, so Ill be getting $79 + the $557 for my gap coverage. ***** stated most of the time people are just happy if their payment is lowered and acknowledged when I asked about the extra cash listed, it should have been communicated to me and not overlooked/swept under the rug. WW admitted to moving monies fraudulently and redistributing my funds without my permission.

    On September 28, ****************************************************************** 9 days from date of purchase I requested those coverages to be cancelled. I was told on October 26th the dealership had the forms and the coverage was cancelled. After months had passed I had not received any refund for the amount I paid. I tried emailing and calling the dealership over the next few months and got no response. Finally on March 2nd I went in person to the dealership. A finance employee found the coverages had not been cancelled. He back dated the cancellation form and sent it in to the coverage company guaranteeing me I would still get my full refund as I should because I requested to cancel in the first 30 days of purchasing the coverage. I got a refund check in the mail a month later and it was prorated. Today June 1st I went to the dealership after not getting anyone on the phone to call me back about this money. The same finance employee blamed the coverage company, the financial company the vehicle was financed with. The dealership still has not taken ownership of their mistakes and it saying they think the coverage company is the one who owes me the difference of the prorated refund. WestWay Ford is the reason the refund was prorated because they had employees not doing their job from start to finish.
