    Took my vehicle in for service and ***** was very helpful and got me taken care of. Will definitely be back!

    Ran an application through Ally bank fully knowing that I was financing through Ford Motor Credit! Stated that the car was “Gold Standard prepped “, didn’t even have an oil change sticker or windshield washer fluid. Refused to supply an additional FOB for my vehicle without charging me $250 programming fee. This vehicle was a rental car! I arrived at 4:00 PM and didn’t leave with the car until 9:30 PM! Salesperson knew what I wanted, took a nice video, then proceeded to show me the wrong vehicle!
    Buyer Beware! Definitely a Bait and Switch Dealership!

    I've had my truck in the shop for 6 months and ***** dollars later , they still can't fix. Ive talked to them many times and can't get them to call back . I intend to sue *** , even boing I'll lose money, but I have no choice. This place is the worst place I've delt with in 30 years of business . They absolutely don't care about customer service or trying to get something done to fix problem

    My son and I went to this used car lot. I won't call it a dealership. This place truly is an insult to shady used car dealers! When we called about a particular vehicle, they encouraged ** to come in for a test drive. We did. They took all of my son's information, credit info, job info, what he could afford, etc. They compkletely dismissed his request to see the truck he called about, but brought him a truck that wat WAY out of his price range. WHen he told them it was too pricey, they began to ridicule him for not being able to afford it. When they FINALLY realized he wasn't going to budge on price, they showed him another truck that he could afford; he liked it. He had a trade that needed some electrical work, but otherwise in good condition but had to be towed. We rented a car dolly the next day to get the car to the dealership, but when we got there the process started all over like they had never heard of ** before. He again told them the truck he wanted and they informwed him that it had been sold but they had SEVERAL other trucks in his price range. He was disappointed, but agreed to see what they had. They brought up the same exact truck that was way out of his price range and he (am I was so proud of him) looked the scam man dead in the eye and asked him why he was wasting his time. They haggled back and forth for a while, then, again, finally brought him a truck he could afford. ***, the crooked as a paperclip, thought she could persuade him to take the extended warranty and all the upsells making this truck too expensive. He repeatedly told her he didn't want it and she finally accepted it. She said she needed to go get a "new" offer and would be right back. She came back with the "heavy hitter" sales manager and the process started all over again. I had tried to let my adult son handle his business up to this point, but I had had enough. Bottom line, CROOKED CROOKED CROOKED!!! Do NOT go to this dealership. BTW, we left without purchasing anything.
