On 3/4/24 I was attempting to complete the MADD victim impact panel online as required by court order as part of my probation. The fee for the course is $65. When I attempted to pay for this service my card was charged the $65 but the website didn't reflect my payment and therefore I could not proceed with the panel. I contacted customer service immediately and was told this charge was declined and I wasnt charged this was just a hold and the charge was pending. I then contacted my bank and they advised me this was NOT a pending charge this was a purchase in the amount of $65 that went through without issue. I then contacted MADD customer service, told them this info and provided them with documentation from my bank showing this was an actual charge not a pending charge. I received a response back from them that was ver ***** the earlier response they submitted about it being pending. At this point I wasn't sure they were even reading my message. After going back and forth 2 more times with no resolution I decided to do this. They are trying to require me to pay a second time when I have already paid. Unfortunately I am not able to walk away I have to complete this per a court order. So ultimately they know they have me in a position to where they can exploit me.
