      I tried ordering Butane on Wednesday before Christmas there was a 18 hour hold time so hung up waited until Thursday too call it took an hour finally got through ordered and called back Friday too see what the hold up was I was told it would be Monday after Christmas. Today is Monday at 5:30. Pm still has not been Delivered. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with on 5 percent and will not last through the night

      I need to file a complaint about a tank that was picked up n had propane in it and got no refund.we have rented the tank for 20years

      I purchased a new home and got propane from Pinnacle. The driver told me they would mail the bill to me. This was in April of 2022. In July of 2022, I received a letter from a collection company stating that their client, Pinnacle, has tried numerous time to contact me regarding payment, and they have been hired to solve or collect the past due amount. First off, Pinnacle never sent me a bill, or made a call to me. I also called them to try to find an address to send my payment, but no one answers the phone or returns your calls. I immediately made out a check for the exact amount, less the late penalty and mailed it with the payment statement. It gets better.... On August 3rd, 2022 my payment was returned by the postal service stamped, RETURN TO SENDER LOCKBOX CLOSED... So, again after several attempts to contact them I still have not been able to. Its sad that this is the best this so called business can operate.The Better Business Bureau should do something about this business forwarding "late" payments to collection companies without sending bills, making contact or having a proper address to receive the payment. My payment was sent to the address on their statement, yet its undeliverable.... Great Business, NOT.
