    I ordered a pair of boots March 6. I got an email stating my boots were going to be shipped ***** business days. They were not shipped until March 31. I got the boots Saturday April 5. I want to return the boots. I looked at the policy it says boots can be returned within 30 days. I tried to put my order into the return portal and I get an error message saying I exceeded the return time. I dont know how that is possible when I didnt receive the boots until almost a month after ordered. If the return date starts before you receive the package thats a total scam for people money. It already took 17 business days which is technically 30 days including weekends. That literally gives someone no time to try on the boots or anything I wouldve had to return them the day I got them. I tried to return them today.
