    I would recommend that everyone not use this company. The solar screens I purchased for my house have a full coverage warranty. **** the ** said hes not going to honor the warranty anymore due to not wanting to service the area I live in anymore. By the contact I have thats not listed in the reasons for them to terminate the warranty. Him and others at the company are extremely rude and very confrontational. Attorneys have said yes I have a case but what.. he gets a judgement against him.. he still wont pay and they cant force him to pay either. So all I can do is just continue to warn people about how dishonest of a company they are. So when you are in the market for window screens on your house look elsewhere and dont ever use ******** solar screen.

    Mr. ******* statements are completely inaccurate. We installed solar screens for him on 7/13/18 about 6 years ago. He called in for a service call in 2019 and again in 2020, both were repaired at no charge. He called in another service call after that with multiple screens damaged and claimed one flew off his house and damaged his wifes car. He threatened to *** and file complaints on us to the BBB and various other places if we did not pay for his wifes car repairs. In this discussion he was very verbally abusive and was also mad at the fact with the severity of the screen damage due to the storms it negated his warranty and would fall under his homeowners insurance policy. (We can provide a copy of the warranty if the BBB would like to see it.) Despite that, we went ahead and repaired his screens again at no charge. We informed him at that time this would be the last service call performed on his screens at no charge, **************** agreed to this and apologized for his behavior towards us.**************** called in another service call on 3/14/24 and talked to ***. *** reminded him that these were no longer under warranty anymore and he agreed and asked for the cost. He also let him know that we do not go out to ****, ** any longer and would be quite some time before we had any crews out there to service him. He said that he would attempt to find someone that was closer to him. He called back and ***************** **** tell him that if he wished to bring his screens to our shop in ******, we would be happy to fix the screens here for free, he told **** that he would think about it. **** never once said that he didnt care.**************** was well aware of the fact that his screens were no longer under warranty, so this complaint is without merit.
