      Very poor customer service and a guy I'm guessing from corporate told me as a paying customer I should only tan 2 or so times a week. So you want me to pay alll this money to go 8 or 10 times a month. They need to go back to Ultratan. Employees talk about other employees. Cuss in front of customers. I will never go back. Prices are too high and they know there aren't any tanning salons in the area so they take advantage of it.

      Zero stars. I purchased a (3) visit spray tan package back in July22 and used visit one same day. I remember purchasing this $100 package b/c PBT rep told me I had up to one year to use the visits. I went to use visit two in Mar23 and was told by a different PBT rep that spray packages expire after 45 days. I attempted to contact store number ****** and never received a response back. This location is scamming people.

      Like many of the reviews just stated, apparently I'm not the only one that has been trying to cancel and not able to. I can't get a hold of corporate, I've left messages and emails, I've tried the local store? They referred me to corporate. I need my money and I need my cancellation.

      Have tried canceling my membership multiple times and am continuing to be charged. I sent emails, called etc... I am no longer in a location with a palm beach tan.

      Very very poor customer service so dissatisfied. I canceled my contract... I had been tanning at the beach for two years. Never had a problem until palm beach tan took over but they don't understand where the mask goes a long way. I'm sure I'm not the only one that is dissatisfied at the beach deducted out of my account on the third of every month with no problems, Palm Beach takes over ... and they neglected to tell me that they're going to take my monthly payment out of my account on the first therefore that cost me a overdraft charge that they are unwilling to pay me back... When I contacted customer service, she kind of had a...... you attitude she didn't wanna listen to anything that I had to say whatsoever... Best of luck to you, Palm Beach, Tan you're gonna need it...********

      Ive been going to Palm Beach Tan in ******** for almost a year and finally cancelled my membership.It is the nastiest, dirtiest place Ive ever been to in my life!! I had to clean the units I was using EVERY time I went there, I kept complaining to the company and NOBODY did ANYTHING to fix it. The floors in the individual rooms are so dirty, I ever pored a few drops of my tanning lotion on the floor 8!! weeks ago and it's till there!! I reported the intolerable situation many times to the girls who work there and always gotten an idiotic attitude, claiming they cleaned everything when I was looking at dirt EVERYWHERE!!! Greasy walls inside ****************, even hairs that stuck to the walls on the inside! How hair got there I have no idea but I took plenty of pictures of all my experiences! I'm going to contact the ***************** as well, since I wast them to close the place!!

      Poor customer service at 1 location and decent service at the next closest location. Spray tan Products at both places did not stay on. They were splotchy and streaked orange. I even did all of the upgrades to have the best and darkest spray tan and it didn't work. Do not count on the product to deliver the results you want. Be prepared to be underwhelmed and frustrated. Do not buy the bundle of 3 tans. I suggest buying 1 and seeing if you actually get what you want.

      I wish I could give this business a zero review. They have been charging since March when I verbally canceled my membership. I was never told I had to sign to cancel/freeze my membership. I have been charged $112.47 since March. It's now august and I'm out about $600. I haven't stepped foot in the door since I said to freeze/cancel my account. All the regional manager said she can do is give me one month free. Sorry what? That is absolutely horrible business practice. I am shocked with how they treat these kind of disputes. It is not on me that I did not sign a legal document to freeze/cancel my account. The woman who was working the desk with me should have said I had to. When I talked to the manager of that salon she said that that employee no longer works there. I wouldn't be as mad if it was $100 but it's 6X that amount and I can't just pull an extra $600 out of ass to replace the money. Horrible business practice.
