The incident happened on yesterday, Oct.21st 2024. I received thirteen calls from an ********** with in 1 hour and I answered all calls they kept hanging up... I recently open up an account with you guys and working with ****************************************** On the last call I heard a male voice say this is ******* from fleetpride and the phone hung up again. I immediately called Fleetpride and asked for *******. When I asked a *******, what was wrong with his phone that I had ten missed calls from him he denied it... at this point I was very confused and told him the number then called, and he responded with, oh, that's my wife's phone.. I am in the luxury business, so are you looking for a handbag and he hung up.. my intentions were not to call back, but then I start receiving crazy text messages. It was from his wife! This is beyond not professional, violation of privacy. I am very upset and something needs to happen.. Then went to the office because I needed to order a part and at this point, i'm very upset and needed to address the situation. Not very first time meeting ******* face-to-face. I asked, are you *******? He responded saying yes.. I opened up my phone and showed him the text messages.. I didn't want to escalate the ************ I told him to fix that situation, and then I also asked, how did she get my phone number.. My number is for business not mess! He convinced me that he would fix it.. so I proceeded to ordering my clutch for my truck.. i left the office with no intention of filing a police report.. today I'm learning did this same woman. Have scanned through my ******** page or instagram and reached out to my partner. Found his phone number and call him with mess. This is absolutely unacceptable, very unprofessional.Someone needs to reach out to me ASAP! I called the local office where he is and spoke to a manager. He assured me that he will have a 101 conversation with him. But my phone number is associated with my home address.. I am beyond upset!Initial Complaint

On January 22, 2024, I purchased 4 truck batteries from FleetPride at their ***********, ** location (**************************************************). The batteries came with a 2-year warranty. However, on October 1, 2024, all 4 batteries started leaking, became deformed, and stopped holding a charge.I contacted a mechanic who inspected the truck, alternator, and cables and confirmed that all components were functioning properly. He then examined the batteries and found that they were boiled and deformed, which prevented them from holding a normal voltage.I went to the FleetPride store to address the issue. The store took the batteries, charged them, and returned them to me, stating that they were "good" and refused to replace them. However, despite charging, the batteries remain unable to hold the proper voltage, and their physical deformation indicates a serious defect.I am seeking a replacement for all 4 batteries under the terms of the warranty, as they are clearly faulty and unsafe for use.Initial Complaint

in April of 2024, a mechanic, of my husband and I, purchased a Transaxle remanned transmission with warranty from FLeetPride in ************************ for $6021. We paid the mechanic $1500 to put transmission back in. It was placed in our semi truck by certified mechanics, and truck was placed back in service. In July 2024 (less than 3 months) this same transmission went out. We then had a mechanic pull it out and we drove it 3 hours back to *************** as we were asked to do to have it sent off for warranty repair. We waited 3 weeks (without being able to work) just to call them and get the answer that the warranty was not going to cover this due to driver fault. There is nothing proving this was drivers fault as these are remanned and anything that was shown on report could have been from previous remans of these parts. we was told that we could order another transmission and we asked that the old one that was denied be sent to another shop where we chose to order thansmission that was in stock and ready so we could go back to work asap. We were told by ***** in *************** he could have this done. We waited a 3 days to check and make sure it was shipped to other shop in *********** and was then told that they could not do that and all they could do was refund us a core charge of $2400. this was not ok with us! we were giving ********* number at that point and called them and they said that ***** had given them permission to process the transmission and it was destroyed and we could not get it back. So now we are out of out of the money, out work for 3 weeks, out of a transmission for core at other shop. paid for other transmission of $6354 plus core of $2400. plus an additional $1000 in labor charges for all this work. we were basically told there was nothing anyone would do! they stole the transmission we paid for after it broke down in less than 3 months with no warranty help at all.Initial Complaint

I ordered a product from this company, found out what I ordered was not correct and returned it to the company via **** I hadnt seen a refund for about a week after I returned it. I purchased items from FleetPrides online parts store on 5/15/24 when I received the shipment the incorrect parts were in the box. I also purchased 4 items there were only 2 items in the box neither being parts I actually ordered. On 5/20/24 the same day the order was delivered I emailed Fleetprides customer service notifying them of the incorrect parts. After almost 2 weeks on emailing back and forth with them. I get told that they can not exchange the parts or refund me because they "do not stock/sale" the items I received enough though they were boxed and shipped from their distribution warehouse. Thus I still have not received any of the items I purchased from Fleetpride. I have requested to speak with a supervisor or manage multiple times with no further response. As a small business the $543.30 I have paid for the parts and not received is quiet a bit of money, to basically be total sorry you will just have to purchase them again. Causing me to spend even more money. I will attach supporting documents including order confirmation, pictures of the items delivered, and emails with customer service.Initial Complaint
