    Went to service my Lexus, since we moved away from a Lexus dealership, we decided to try **** dealership in *********. Oil and rotate tires. Service tech stated the oil filter was put on incorrectly (from Lexus) So took extra time to get the oil changed. Then to rotate tires tech needed the hex lug nut to unlock the tires. I've never changed a flat but would have thought it would be by the ***** I suggested it and tech stated it was not there. So I did not get the tires rotated. My husband found the part when I got back home in literally 15 seconds by the ***** Before leaving, I asked the tech to please make sure the maintenance light was reset, he stated it was. When I got back in the car, the maintenance light was still on, I was too angry and disappointed to go back in and let my husband deal with it. Needless to say will not go back to this place. I was charged $125 for an oil change and to replace part they stated was incorrectly put on by *****. I will go back to Lexus in the future as they are dependable and know how to take care of a customer.
