    I received an Instrument Cluster Lenses via *** today and opened it immediately after it was delivered. The lenses was broken so I immediately emailed Complete performance and was advised to file a warranty claim. I filed the claim and am know being told when they receive the lenses back they will determine whether I can get a replacement or not. I received an automated email from them when the lenses was delivered at 1:35PM CST and emailed them at 1:39PM CST about the damage. I have no issue returning damaged item but I want a replacement send immediately. Thank you for your help.

    We would have zero issue replacing/refunding the item but we have GOT to get that one back for warranty purposes.  Please call ************ and we can send you a return label.  And as soon as we receive it, we will get it warrantied and replaced.

    I was looking at the listed business's website to determine what parts I needed to order for my truck, there were multiple options so I went onto the company's online chat to talk to someone and get advice on the specific parts I needed to order. I also called the customer service number *************) and spoke to an employee in length. Part of our discussion led to me taking photos of my truck and various parts on my truck to verify what I had and what I needed. After all of that the person I was talking to recommended a set of parts for me to purchase. Subsequently, I ordered the parts recommended to me. The parts ordered were a Reverse shackle kit for OBS springs. This kit is advertised to smooth out the rough ride of the stock suspension. After installation, I drove my truck. It was extremely bouncy and hard to control. The truck felt as if it was unsafe to drive. The mechanic and I talked over the issue and he said the parts I was told to order are wrong, and that I should talk to the people I ordered from. I emailed customer support and the first response asked for pictures of the parts on my truck. I sent those pictures and was told to remove a leaf spring. I removed a leaf spring and it only worsened my problems, the suspension is bouncier than before and the truck rides so low that my front tires rub the bumper. The truck is more unsafe to drive now than before. I've gone back and forth with the business in about a dozen emails asking for a refund or a real solution. The company refused to refund my money, even after telling them I would ship the parts back. I explained that they recommended the specific parts, and they don't work as advertised, and they should do the right thing and refund me my money. If this was a $20 part I would not contact BBB. But this is $790 in parts (RSK OBS springs kit and adjustable panhard bar), recommended by the business. They made the wrong recommendation and should be accountable for that.

    Yes, the customer reached out several times.  We contacted the manufacturer about the issue.  The manufacturer said the customer installed it wrong!! 

    We cant do much when something has already been installed. 

    I have attached the entire email thread.  We have tried to tell the customer he was in the wrong but he just wouldn't accept it.
