    This business ran a summer only membership special. I clicked on the advertised link and signed up. After the summer was over I inquired why they were still charging my account. They claimed I signed up for the ******* membership not the summer membership. They confirmed that they were running a summer special but I didn't sign up for it. They falsely advertised the summer special and signed me up for the 12 month special. I need the public to know they type of company his is and I am requesting a refund for the difference and I no longer want them to charge my card. They have been very rude and not helpful at all.

    We signed up for a monthly membership last Summer (2021). Slowly over this past year, things have been steadily declining. They choose not to honor their posted hours on multiple occasions, the most recent being yesterday. Their posted hours on their website (with the date and everything) was 10am. Several people there waiting to get in tried calling, no one would answer. Finally, someone got through and was told "we chose not to open until 4pm today." Several families left with upset kids. I reached out through the website and the online form and never got a callback, an email, any sort of response, explanation, or apology. Today I finally got a human at a 1-800 number (assuming corporate) and they couldn't care less. They kept saying "I don't know why they don't update their hours." That is inexcusable. I asked for a refund of this month's charges only and for my membership to be canceled. They refused. They are not holding up their end of the contract by not being open during business hours. Not to mention when they are open, half of the attractions are closed.
