CONTINUED PHONE CALLING ME BY THEIR TELEMARKETERS for diabetic supplies - which I don't need. Ive asked to stop calling me - but it goes from one phone number to another - they call me in the early mornings as well. Harrassment - which I do not want to do any business with them at all.

They need to stop calling me 100%.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.

Last time I talked to them - I told them - they need to remove me entirely from the calling list -  I have RECEIVED my supplies thru my insurance company.   THEY NEED TO LEAVE ME ALONE ENTIRELY.    I will NOT do business with this company - EVER - they constantly harass you.  I have all my supplies thru my insurance company - and my phone number needs to be REMOVED PERMANENTLY.   I will never do business with this company in the future and they need to stop harassing me.     I'm not sure - I've gotten more calls - unidentified coming to me - and I'm screening all calls..  PLEASE STOP CALLING ME - I HAVE NO NEED FOR YOUR PRODUCTS - AND I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU IN THE FUTURE -   I have my benefits thru my insurance company.    Stop calling me - my requests.

I am not 100% sure that they have stopped calling me as I'm getting untitled phone numbers and recording each number - so I'm making this very clear.   STOP CALLING ME.   THANK YOU - I'M NOT INTERESTED IN DEALING WITH YOUR COMPANY - EVER !

    Regards,

    Louise **********

    Business Response

We have removed your phone number from our system and placed you on our internal do not call list. I am glad to hear that you are able to get your supplies through your insurance company. I fully understand how our calls made you feel uncomfortable, and I fully apologize for that. If there is anything else besides delete your number and never contact you again that you would like to see in order to fully satisfy you I would be glad to comply.
