      Crest Water has been a round for years and I truly do not understand how the State of Texas lets them get away with the stuff they do. They cut water off on people who have had them for years without checking to see if there is any issues going on (lost in the mail, just missed the bill, **** not received etc). Why do the do this? For the extra money. They once refused to turn off a neighbors water when she had a huge leak she is 80 years we final turn the water off for her after 4 days then Crest refused to give her any type of credit and it was their fault for not turning it off.

      Awful customer service. The owner has no problem using profanity toward his customers and complaining about his own financial issues as if they are the cause of his poor life choices. Do not recommend, I wish I could give negative stars.

      Absolutely by far the worst water company I have ever dealt with. I invest in properties all over the **************. ****** says they can't turn water on without us walking in to show our Drivers Licenses. Asked if I could email the deed, scan a DL, and mail a check. She refuses, but claims if I lived out of State she would do that. It's the year 2022.... She was rude over the phone, and unwilling to assist or help in anyway. If I could give this negative stars I would. She bragged about how long her company has been open, and said it would be open another 40 years. If I own a property, there should be no issues setting up water, and shouldn't be forced to have to drive an hour to set it up.
