    4/1/2024 a payment in full was made to start production on a set of seat covers to be completed in 6 weeks from that date. They are no longer answering the phone or returning calls. I have not received the items I have paid for, and no explanation for not completing the order. No offer to refund my money or return the original seat cover I sent to them for patterns. I would like the job completed.

    I shipped three boat seats to this business mon Jan 17 2022 *** tracking # 1Z9Y39890353818749, shipping total came to $110.57. I payed them $1,185.34 for the scheduled work. I shipped them there because when I spoke to them on the phone they promised me that they could get the correct materiel to upholster my seats and they they would have them done within a few months. I received an email 3/28/22 saying my order will be going out this week and tracking info will be sent to me. I emailed back April 12 saying I never received tracking info. They replied back saying they will check into the issue the same day. They replied April 21st to tell me due to covid they couldn't get the correct material. They did some more checking and we decided on April 21st to go with a different material that they said they could get or had on hand. May ********************************************* June I called and emailed asking statues, all with no response. I spoke to a person in ****** ** willing to stop by there facility and call them all with no response and no one at the shop. June 27th I emailed asking them to sent them back not completed with no response until Aug ************************************************************************************************************** a confirmation email the following week with shipping status. I emailed them and called them last on Oct 5 asking if they could have them shipped out by Oct 31st or I would file a complaint with BBB and start taking legal actions if needed to just get my seats returned. I have not heard back from them since Aug 30 when they asked for my shipping info. I have copy's of the emails, txt messages and shipping label.
