Worst water company and sadly all that is available. They have been supplying contaminated water right up until authorities deemed it was non-potable, has customers on a ***** *********** boil notice, where we are still expected to pay for absolutely filthy, contaminated water, and they have stated there will be no refunds, discounts, or compensation for the unacceptable conditions they've created.

Please Be Conscious; Be Aware. this is a serious issue with Kempner Water System PO Box 103. My Senior Mother while I was Active Duty over a period of years tried to bring attention to this entity that her Bill for (1) person (1) month (1) cycle did not seem correct ******; this seems to be years of continued pattern of questionable bills. Now Retired, I agree something appears to be criminal in depiction. I am living in a Neighborhood where I do not see a Neighbor have a visible Water Meter when I called Kempner Water System our Bill went from **** gallons for (2) people to ****** in one month. As I explained to this Representative that this is a significant increase, and we are not using these amounts of water on this level, this Rep sent a Kempner Water Employee to our House to determine if there was a leak; as he was sitting in his vehicle, as I was approaching him he spit out of the door, very insolently in his response when I asked him if there was a leak, he indicated, "No." But argumentatively, I am told we are using these levels of water. In July 2023 we went to **** gallons for (2) people to ***** in one month this usage Bill was ******. Now, presently we are consistent at over ***** in (1) month and (1) cycle. Did and are Builders when Building in this residential area leave Water Lines open for others to ************** who do not have visible Water Meters and/or just paying for others who are not paying?
