The absolute worst customer service. They have had my boat 21 fxr apex. not consecutively but for 12 months in three different visits over a cracked top cap and console cracked. They refuse to listen to customers and they try and force you to making irrational decisions on a 90k boat. Ohh and for the inconvenience of me losing money and making payments on something I can use. They want to mail me a shirt or clothing package. What a flipping joke. Hey skeeter rep when should i get my boat back this time? Oh that was sent a almost a month ago and a voicemail with no response from *****************. I will not buy another Skeeter due to the **** poor customer service.

Due to supply chain and manpower shortages, Skeeter's backlog of warranty repair boats has grown accordingly. We are addressing all boats in the order that they were received at the factory.We extend our apologies to all of our customers for the delay but want to assure them that we are expediting the repair and return of all boats wherever feasible. Thank you kindly for your auto generated response! My boat was just shipped by your quality control and it wasnt finished or no-where close to being right! It immediately went straight back but now Im At the end of the line again. Go figure!Review fromJames M.

Im a very unsatisfied Skeeter boat owner. Have had issues with the boat ever since I bought it. Had so many issues that I asked for the President of the company call me after I felt like their were more issues regarding just fixing it under warranty after customer service specifically told me they had dropped the ball with the boat and customer service I felt didnt resolve the issues that needed to be resolvedSkeeter Products Inc.

The issues that were reported to Skeeter as they pertain to ******************* boat have been addressed. The last time that *************** contacted Skeeter was 4/26/22 on this occasion he indicated that he was involving his lawyer. He was informed that in view of this all correspondence going forward would be between his lawyer and Yamaha's *********** We have not heard from anyone since. Skeeter stand ready to assist with whatever the lawyers agree upon.
