On November 1st I received a letter from the *** that indicated an error that was made by the tax service in which we paid for our 2022 tax filing, ***** taxe services. I first reached out to the company via phone with 2 direct interaction. During the last interaction on November 14th it was recquezted that I provide a full copy of the *** letter to D&B which I did on November 15th. After no follow up I reached back out on Dec 3rd via phone and asked that they confirm receipt of the email as well as immediate action be taken as the *** deadline is Dec 15th. On Dec 17th an apology for delay via email was recieved and we were informed that a separate email will be sent with a request of additional information. Since then, no contact has been received from D&B even after several email outreaches from myself. I request that D&B pay the amount requested by the *** due to their error. Or appeal the audit and make the error right.
