    Purchased wig with defect. Contacted store and was told return and can give store credit. Got to store and was told by ***** had to be done at other store. Got to other store and ******** looked at sewing defect and stated too bad. I already bought it she NOT giving no credit although ***** and ******* advised it. She claimed I was told in Error and she has to retrain staff.I went back to **************** and spoke to *******. She apologized for ******** and said it would have to be returned through her system. Was told by the state to file complaint and or contact ********************* **************************************************************************************** I desire a FULL CASH REFUND of my $40 for defective wig and a $40 credit on my account for the 4 trips and 3 hrs and 46 minutes of my time wasted being sent back and forth between beauty stores. If they wish to RESALE DEFECTIVE WIG Products, they need to be INVESTIGATED!!! They need to take responsibility for wasting my time and selling damaged goods

    "All wigs Sale is Final , no exchange or refund  " is print on the bottom of receipt  . she did purchased off the head . that means she been try on it  before she purchased. it was everything fine on that day  . she just want to get different wig for free !  we double check the wigs it  wasn't any defect or lost track . So we are refuse to do any exchanges or refund to this customer .

    I am rejecting this response because:  The defect was bright as day and ******** seen the defect in the stitch that causes hair to scrunch and be visible with the top left side where hair is straight.

     

    Furthermore, store managers **** and ******* said the wig can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY.  ******* called sister store BEFORE having me drive to the *************************** location letting them know what was going on.  The wig I was going to get in place of it was only at FtHood location.  When I got to the store, ******** acted like they didnt call her and informed her to credit wig so that they could sell wig replacement.  It is understood you sell wigs, not make them.  JK Beauty is responsible for the products you receive whether damaged or good.

     

    when the wig was purchased and was taken home that the defect was **************** was called immediately.  The store said store credit.  When we attempted to do store credit you wanted to rebut/ change what your stores promised.  Seeing that the product you sold was faulty and defective I appreciate a FULL REFUND of my $40.  Your store promised to correct the issue and then when the time came to perform ******** tried to blame it on training of employees.  

    The WIG was defective.
