    03/11/2024 12:22pm Amount Received Payment $2,000.00 Cash A working vehicle that passed inspection. The dispute is the car does not pass any inspection. The car is fully messed up. The business has not tried they said the car is buy as is even tho they want a monthly payment on a car that stopped working within 1 hour of driving. They advertised the car payment on ******** ***** with the keys i was unaware before leaving they forced me into a video for the car without telling me you can see it all on my face.

    I spent ******* as a down payment for the vehicle. The repairs agreed upon were not completed, the car broke down within the first 9 days (roughly 200 miles put on by myself). Came out of pocket ****** for repairs and even with the extended warranty that I was told would cover the engine and transmission they are refusing to repair the transmission 13 days after first payment. ********************* jeep quoted roughly ******* maintenance/parts.

    We bought a ******** 5/4/23. Started having issues 5/8/23 Went into the shop 5/11/23 per the dealership was going to fix everything. Picked it up 5/29/23 and still not running right. Wanting to return it on 2 different occasions and has been turned down.

    The owner sold me a car that broke down less than a week later. It took him almost a month to respond about the broken down vehicle. I asked about a warranty when I purchased the vehicle and the owner of the car lot said that they did not offer warranties unfortunately even though it said they did on the sign. The owner told me the sign was from the previous tenants. He reassured me that the vehicle was safe for my child to drive and there were no mechanical issues. I believe he had the inspection was done fraudulently and he has continued to sell vehicles that are not safe and break down. He also did not give me my license plates for several months.
