    I hired A mothers Cleaning Service for a move out clean on March 25th 2024. I paid $250 for a move out clean. A move out clean includes the entirety of the inside of the home walls, baseboards, appliances, floors, etc. Upon inspection of the property the only things that where cleaned where the kitchen, bathroom counters and cabinets, ceiling fans where dusted not cleaned and a light sweeping and mopping. There was cobwebs, and debris still on many of the windows, baseboards, floors and the walls were untouched. I communicated this with the owner, operator ******* she responded not taking any responsibility for the deficiencies, after sending pictures she asked if she could come back after 5pm the next day which was not possible. At that point I requested a partial refund and was completely ignored. I truly feel she took advantage of me and did not at all perform the clean she was paid for.

    We are sincerely sorry that you feel that you feel the cleaning did not meet your expectations and we so appreciate your feedback, however all cleaning was done properly and according to standards. The ceiling fans was initially dusted to remove any debris then was sprayed with a disinfectant cleaner then was wiped and scrubbed with a wet towel due to the fans being so old and the condition of them we were not able to get them back to brand new so sometimes things just need to be replaced or even painted. The same goes for the walls and baseboards it was stains on the walls that we could not get off. All floors was vacuum then mopped. A walk through was done and the cleaning was approved as a job well done. We tried to address the issues but was not giving an opportunity to do so, so therefore a refund will not be issued as this matter has been resolved.
