    I tried selling my mobile home and the manager of the park kept causing issues for me since I would not sell it back to the park at a ridiculously low price. She repeatedly said on three different occasions that these people would not be allowed to live in the park. One of whom was one of my employees at the time. No good reason was given. Heck a good majority of the park is illegal immigrants. My next door neighbor was even arrested and sent back to ****** after burning his girlfriends kids.I finally found someone that already lived in the park that wanted to buy my mobile home. After going through the process, since they currently lived there, they could not be denied. I did everything they asked when selling my mobile home in order to get my deposit back. The manager said that the main office was supposed to be mailing out a check next month. Every time I spoke with them, it was always next month. A new manager was hired and he called the main office and on speaker phone, they said that I was going to be getting my deposit back and that there was no reason for me no to since I did everything correctly. Two months later they still have not mailed my check to me and I am being told that the park is changing ownership.
