      I went to the Big Zack's Tire Shack location in ****** ***** on 9/26/2023 and purchased a used tire. November 15, 2023 I was driving on the way home from work and entire tire came off while I was driving. Once I caught up to my tire I noticed that there were no lug nuts on the tire. This means that when they replaced my tire the lug nuts were not put on properly. The rim itself was badly damaged. The holes were very worn. You can look at this and see that I had been driving on this rim for a while and the lug nuts had been falling off one at a time. Two of the studs were not usable. To get home that evening I had to use my spare and a lug nut from each tire. I called this company several times trying to reach the owner with no luck. At this time all I wanted was them to provide me with another rim so that I can get back and forth to work. **** finally called me one time but nothing was resolved and he had ignored my calls since then. I finally purchased a rim on my own and had my car repaired because there was additional damage to my control arm due to the wheel coming off. As a business man I am so disappointed that **** has not contacted me to resolve this. If this happened to one of his loved ones he would have done everything in his power to help. If this happened to me while driving on the highway there could have been serious injuries, but he does not seem to care at all. I was so traumatized by this that I would walk around my vehicle before I get in to drive to make sure all of my lug nuts are there everyday. I spent a little over $1000 getting a rim, studs, lug nuts, repair to my control arm and I still had to pay to get the rim put on the tire. To this day I still have heard nothing from ****. I plan on sending him all my receipts via certified mail and if I still hear nothing I am going to file a claim. This is unacceptable and I will never do business with any of his locations again. I get anxiety anytime I have to get my tire changed now.

      I purchased a tire and rim from Big Zacks Shack. Within two weeks the tire lost all tread and was splitting open. They told me I had an alignment issue that caused the tire to tread that badly. Big Zacks Shack doesnt do alignments so I had to take the car to another tire place. While doing my alignment and changing out the badly treaded tire they let me know the tire wasnt fitting properly on the car. Further investigation from the shop shows the rim wasnt mounting correctly due to it being a ********** rim. The car I have is ****** Camry so the mounts do not align. I have written statement from the new tire shop that the mismatched rim caused the alignment issue and lead to the tire treading as much as it did. The new tire shop also states the car was unsafe to drive from the moment the mismatched rim was placed on my vehicle. Big Zacks refuses to refund me for the tire and rim I purchased through them or accept responsibility for selling me a tire and rim that did not fit my car and making it very dangerous to drive.
