    ***** at O2Kool is fantastic! Always knows what is wrong and fixes it a more than reasonable rates. He came out today (Saturday) and knew immediately what to go look for based on my description. Didn't take him long to get me back up and running which was greatly appreciated in this 100 degree heat. He's also very personable and takes the time to explain the issues and what to do about them in the future.

    Very good service. I had my AC not starting last month and asked O2 **** to fix it. Their estimate is free, and they help me de-clogged my drain line. Since my drain line is shared with the unit downstairs, we would have to de-clogged their units as well. For the first time we failed to reach the unit downstairs so my drain line is clogged after a month. The second time I asked O2 Kool to drop by and de-clog my drain line, we were able to contact the unit downstairs and de-clog their pipe as well. The second time O2 Kool does not charge me anything. O2 Kool provides excellent service with a fair price. I do appreciate their help and therefore I come to write a good review for them.
