    I requested a consultation for root pruning in 02/2023 from ArborTrue. Matt L. evaluated the tree on 02/20/2023. The proposal for work included "Phase 1/2 remove approximately 65% of the stem girdling roots to expose root flares." A different arborist (Fabian) worked on the tree for at least an hour. However, I was not satisfied because the work did not meet the the proposed amount of root removal. I first called the arborist who did the work (Fabian), but I did not receive a call back. I called the ArborTrue company to get someone to look at the root pruning. They recommended for me to call the initial arborist (Matt L.). I also called and texted, but I did not have a call back.

    Treat pecan tree for bugs, fungus and deep feed.

    All the nuts have fallen off the tree rotten again, just as before. Arbor True dispatched a tech to my home on or about 09/22 and after the tech reviewed the treatment plan, he stated that the issues with still exist and that the treatment need to be redone because the tree has the same issue that it was treated for and they he would provide that same information to the Owner of Arbor Tree.

    Now Arbor is stating that the tree has another issue of bugs which they did not know about and they want me to provide them with another $497.13 for additional treatment for bugs.
