      This was the worst mistake we've made purchasing our ** from Best Value RV. Before you decide to purchase, really check out the other ** dealers. The sales process was simple. ******* the sales/finance manager assured on three separate conversions the ** would go in for four days to be cleaned and detailed and a thorough walk through from his technicians. The outside was cleaned, the inside, not a bit. They only fixed two of the three items we discovered when were looking it over. Mind you, it was a 110 degrees outside and there was no power on. We didn't really get a chance to go over it with a fine tooth comb. The day we were supposed to pick it up I found obvious issues on the inside. The refrigerator light and thermostat was missing. It still hadn't been cleaned. Due to my truck height they had to order another trailer hitch. I had put down a $500 deposit which was to be refunded the day we picked it up. It's been almost a month. Besides not returning calls ****** has come up with more excuses why he can't refund my deposit when I do speak with him. I finally got hold of a manager this morning. I was just told they are mailing me a check out tomorrow.I had to bring the ** back in for service as the switch to lower or higher the trailer went out. I left if for a week. I was told it would be ready the following Wed. I called ***** on Wed to see if the part was in. He let me know it was scheduled to arrive that afternoon and would be ready in the morning. I called on Thur to be sure it was done. ***** assured me it would be done by the end of the day. Due to a business trip I arrived at 9:00 am on Friday. The part had not arrived and the ** was not done. No phone calls, nothing. I said why didn't you call me to tell me. He said he couldn't because the phone lines were down the last two days. I said I spoke with on the phone system on Wed and Thur. He flat lied to my face and walked away. The part came in that day and I picked it.
