Do not do business with this company! I called them because I installed a very nice residential elevator in my home. I needed someone to take a look at the control panel and/or sensors because the elevator was having to be reset constantly. When I called them, they stated that the fee was going to be $600. I was aghast, but I swallowed it and said yes. I needed someone there because I had a guest coming who had elderly parents. The technician came by. He spent a max of 30 minutes there and then left. Sure enough when the guest came 2 hours later it did not work right off the bat. I called the technician and he said he couldn't help that day and would not be able to get back out there until the following week. Well, that does not help when the guest is only there for a few days. But here is the kicker ... I received an invoice for over $1200!!! Unreal! They didn't even fix it. I waited a bit and paid the $600 as an honorable person that I am AND they are still invoicing me (harassing me really) for the balance. Un real!

Hello ******, we appreciate your feedback, we apologize for any misunderstandings that you may have regarding our fees and policies that were presented prior to scheduling. Most of these charges are due to travel time and, while our rates are competitive within our industry, it does seem very expensive for some. The issue was, thankfully, a quick fix as the doors were not closed all the way, and minimal resets were needed to additional clear faults. We have video of the elevator running normally prior to leaving your residence. Perhaps it would be in your best interest to reach out to the *** and/or original installer in the future for operation training and support. Please make sure to close the doors and gates all the way to actuate locking devices before claiming the elevator isn't fixed. Thank you again for your business and have a Merry Christmas!
