      I hired ********************* to put in my sprinkler system last year and all went well until I got a leak. He sent 2 people over 2 weeks later and fixed it. Ever since I had it installed it didn't work correctly. I called several times, and he just told me to reset the box. Come to find out when I finally decided to check the battery, I found that the guy who put it in didn't take out the plastic strip that keeps the battery from discharging before installation. WTH.. I have been fighting for months to figure out what was going on with it not working properly. For those that don't know without the backup battery it won't keep the program in memory. I have called *** 3 times about this issue, and he has not returned my calls. I wish I had used someone else.
