    0 stars! This business is trash from sales to the general manager, *********. Cant ever give you a straight answer on when things are supposed to get done. Ive been paying on my mortgage since November 2022 and wasnt able to move in until April 2023. They still have to come out here and finish the siding of the house and fix the leak I had already told them about 2 weeks ago that they claimed they fixed. Thats putting the skirting guy behind. I had to get in touch with ********* supervisor myself since palm harbor couldnt answer me when they were coming back and the technician wasnt answering me. I now have to arrange for someone to be at my house to let the tech in to get their supplies. All theyre good for is dropping a house on some property and making a pretty *****. They dont like to follow through with business, leaving the customer to figure it out and make the phone calls. If I wouldve known they were going to take this long and do such a c*** job, I wouldve built a house. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!
