Bought a system from south mini splits on the internet. It shipped to my house but turned out I could not use that particular system. Called for a return and purchased another system from them. The salesman *****, said he would put notes in the computer to try and help with the return fees. Long story short, they charged me ****** to return the system return fee, restocking fee, shipping fee twice. Never would have sent it back if I had known. Buyer Beware

After reviewing your order and your return with us, I had some information I would like to share with you.Our return policy is outlined on our website. It can be found under the Help section and then under Return Policy. The policy states that returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Additionally, the return shipping costs plus original shipping costs to the destination that was previously covered under our "free shipping" promotion will be deducted from the reimbursement amount. Unfortunately, since this policy is clearly stated on our site, we cannot make any exceptions to the policy in order to be fair amongst all our customers.
