Date of transaction Oct. 17, 2022.I paid the business $3,395 ********************************* promised to export my ****** Camry into ****** by the following day. My car was taken to a holding yard for processing. The following afternoon I was informed that the car "didn't make it to the front of the line." Therefore, I needed to wait. That was followed by the same story the subsequent two days. I asked for a refund but ******* refused, saying the money was tied up at customs. In the meantime she would not release my car to me. She hinted that the title may be lost and I wouldn't be able to get it back. After several days of my insistence she demanded $600 more, promising to have the car exported within ******************************************** her and demanded my car back and a full refund. Instead she insisted I take a bus back to ****** and leave my car there until "there was an opening to export it."After much insistence on my part I was finally able to get my car back but only a partial refund. She subtracted $890 for cancelation fees!I am seeking a full refund for the fee I paid plus related expenses. In addition to lodging, mileage, toll road fees and per dium, I had to get a new permit to take my car back to Colima at a much higher cost than the previous one. The expenses are as follows:Hotels $630.29 Cancelation fees $890 Temporary importation permit $8,164 pesos 20 = $408.20 USD Road Tolls Colima to ****** round trip $1,240 pesos 20 = $62 USD Mileage ***** miles x $ **** cents/mile = $752 Per dium in **** County $59.00/day x 7 days = $413 TOTAL EXPENSES. $3,155.49 I am attaching appropriate documents. Although I experienced technical difficulties in sending all attachments as they were not always accessible by using this application. Should there be a need I am happy to send copies of everything by mail or in a separate email. Thank you for your kind assistance and consideration.
