    After not having method of communication for one week due to having personal phone issues the business owner and I were not able to have communication. The business owner took a screenshot of our conversations and posted them on ******** without my consent and spoke unprofessionally about myself. The business owner released my private information to the public on ********. After numerous attempts to contact the business owner she did not respond and I have received threats from individuals due to her releasing my personal information including my picture and full name. The business owner did not contact me via telephone nor through email. She has committed Defamation. The business has committed a personal attack on my character.

    I would like to dispute this complaint. The Customer committed Fraudulent and is not the first time she commits it. I have two other businesses who are willing to speak upon this customer as well, she has a total of three complaints regarding theft of service. As far as private information being released, her name and picture I uploaded is public on her social media. Anyone with social media can witness her name  because she has it public. I never release any private information.  Client came in for her second Session on Tuesday June 4th. I finished service on her. She then proceeded if she could pay the balance the following Monday June 10th because she quoted I get paid til this Friday Since I was supposed to see her Monday for her last session I decided to give her the privilege to pay me then. I messaged her June 9th to confirm the appointment for June 10th. She didnt reply til that same day of appointment which as per my business policy any confirmation later than 48 hrs is automatically a cancellation resulting in a $20.00 fee. We had a conversation on June 10th. I was going out of my way to accommodate her but she was taking hours to reply in between messages in which I failed to accommodate her. She didnt reply until the next day June 11th stating that we could reschedule and that she would be sending me half of the payment she owed, that being the last time she ever replied to me and no payment was ever sent. As provided in the proof below I attempted to contact her numerous times from June 11th through June 22nd asking for the pending balance. I did not contact her via telephone or email since she failed to provide me with that information. On June 22nd I made a public post about this person  to warn my community of this person committing theft of service. Two specific people on ******** viewed my post and came forward about the same complaint I had against this person. I am glad to provide proof of these two businesses  with the same complaint as me. I did ask for their consent in which they agreed for me to upload their statement of complaint against this person but as per their terms anonymously, on my ******** post. To my realization this was not the first time she committed theft of service nor the first time she states she doesn't that have a method of communication(proof provided below) I received a message from another local business on the morning of June 22nd stating this person scheduled an appointment with them for June 22nd @1pm (I provided proof of that as well) as to my understanding from her statement she didn't have a cellphone or any method of communication but she was scheduling messages with this local business via social media and uploading content to her social media. Which resulted in me uploading a post about her. The post I uploaded publicly did include her name and picture. However, I never released any private information to the public because she herself did that. This person has her name and same profile picture on her social media for the public to see. I never spoke unprofessionally about the person(as you can see below) as per her statement she claims she tried contacting numerous times only after I publicly uploaded our issue. After I uploaded the post I made she quickly changed her user and profile picture (I have proof of both with dates) As per her statement she claims she did not have any method of communication for one week when I had been trying to contact her for 2 weeks. As per her social media (same method i contacted her) she uploaded a picture and stories on June 21st  and I still had no response from her. Obviously she was avoiding me. This person blocked me from the only method we ever messaged (proof she blocked me in photos) I requested her through my Cashapp as well and she declined my request. Family members on her behalf threatened me as well to take off the post I uploaded on ********. I am trying to protect/ defend my business as well as to prevent other businesses from repeating the same actions she committed with me. My intentions were not to create a personal attack on anyone. I will gladly provide the BBB with proof and dates. Thank you.
