    FRAUD, is what they do. Ive been going back and fourth on this issue but it doesnt sit right with me. When switching to verizon, we were instructed to send our older phones in exchange for new phones which would be free with store credit. We did as we were instructed after signing a contract and they lost our phones. and we are stuck with the bill and paying fully for two phones. They said they couldnt honor our contract because promotion was done & they couldnt locate the phones we sent even if we had the tracking number. THEY STOLE FROM US AND THEN LEFT ** WITH THE PAAYMENT WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING. ****** STORE BY LOOP 20. SPOKE TO *****, HE GOT ** TO TALK TO HIS BOSS, CURLY HAIRED GIRL DONT REMEMBER HER NAME AS SHE WAS NO HELP AT ALL!!!!! BEYOND STILL PISSED
