    I ordered a shoulder holster with a customized quad (two mags, a knife, and flashlight). Despite sending the exact models and a scanned in outline of the knife with measurements and discussing it on the phone with ****, I received a standard quad mag holder. At ****'s request, I sent it back. Months later I received a quad which did not fit the flashlight (a SureFire Defender) nor the knife. I again returned the quad. Months past with several follow *** by me. **** would lie and say the holster would be sent out that week or that day. Nothing. Eventually, he stopped taking my calls. At one point, he answered his cell phone and when I announced myself he handed it to someone else who claimed **** was not in the office.A year passed -- still no working holster. I demanded my money back and **** refused -- until I informed that I was an attorney and would *** him out of principal. He started complaining that Americans are ****** litigious!Stay away from this company. Despite holding itself out as a custom shop, they apparently are unable to make a true custom holster. In addition, **** is unprofessional and full of empty promises. And unless you're willing to file a suit, good luck getting a refund.Eventually, **** is***d a refund for half of what I paid. He claimed that he is***d two credits (no explanation why he would have split it up). However, the credit company states only one credit was is***d. When I asked him for evidence regarding the second credit, he claims he can't find the credit slip. He also claims that he is***d the credit two weeks ago and I should wait because it probably hasn't been processed. This is typical behavior of ****; he is very dishonest. A few weeks later, he finally is***d a refund for the balance.

    I recently received a holster that I ordered from Black Hills Leather. But it was for a different barrel length and a different sight profile then the model I ordered it for. Making it unusable. I contacted by e-mailed, **** at Black Hills Leather and received no reply. After a week I e-mailed them again and still no reply. The quality and responsiveness I have received from other holster manufacturers has been far better then what I have received from Black Hills Leather.
