Well first of all the owner called me saying and accusing me of fraud when my family members bought me the boots from his location. Second he was threatening my job saying he would call workplace if it wasnt paid for. Then all I asked him for was to make sure the boots got delivered and he said that was not his issue even after I paid for the boots. He kept saying that I myself waited till they got shipped so I can cancel the order and kept making a me issue instead of himself he shouldve reached out to his own bank or wherever they issue refunds instead of reaching out to me. I asked for a receipt or bank statement stating that the original payment was returned and he refused to and blocked me. Very unprofessional and if he doesnt send me the proof that initial payment was refunded I would like my money back. I would like to see a bank statement stating the refund on his end

    Business Response

We wouldve appreciated it if the customer wouldve included the entire conversation. So we went ahead & included it ourself. So first I want to start off by saying this order was placed on our website on November 6th & was shipped the next day November 7th. It was delivered 3 business days later (November 12th) The day the order/package was already out on the truck for delivery coincidentally the transaction was disputed & customer claimed they never received the products they ordered. Our team checked right away to see if there was any emails or missed calls from the customer. After doing some research there was no communication whatsoever from the customer. We contacted customer right away to see what the issue was & why there was a dispute filed. We spoke over the phone for a few minutes. The customer stated that they did not file a chargeback & he didnt understand why the transaction had been disputed because he had already paid his "cousin" for the boots & he wasnt aware of his cousin disputing the charge but he would contact him to see what the deal was. Then he continued to tell me that he did indeed want the boots. A few messages later he admitted that he was dealing with a " guy" his cousin referred him to. This "guy" known on instagram as @howiedeals who in my opinion seems to be a scammer who takes half the payment of the order then uses a stolen credit card to pay full price to purchase the items. After he admitted he or his cousin purchased through this Instagram user he said he had "never had any issues with him before" & didnt see why he wouldve disputed the charge. Customer simply tried to pull a quick one & got busted in the act. We are just a small honest company trying to make a living. We are not going to let some dummy who deals with scammers steal 2 pairs of boots & $600 dollars from us. If we lost a little bit of our "professionalism" so be it. We are not going to get bullied.
