    ON 1/06/2024 AT AROUND 3PM, MR. HERNAN ******** CAME TO MY HOME TO SERVICE IN MAKING A KEY FOR MY 2018 CHEVROLET SILVERADO. I COULD NOT FIND MY KEY FOR MY TRUCK SO THAT IS THE REASON FOR CALLING A LOCK SMITH, MR. PRISKLER. MR PRISKLER, GARY'S AUTO PARTS, DID NOT DO SUCH WORK, HE TORE APART MY STEERING COLUMN AND REMOVED MY ORIGINAL KEY CYLINDER, REPLACED IT WITH AN AFTERMARKET KEY CYLINDER AND THEN MADE A KEY FOR IT AND PROGRAMMED IT WORK. HERE IS WHERE THE PROBLEM IS. MY TRUCK'S KEY CYLINDER WAS NOT BROKEN, IT WAS A KEY THAT WAS MISPLACED THAT'S ALL. THERE WAS NO NEED TO DO ALL THAT WORK AND THEN TURN AROUND AND ACCUSE ME THAT WE BROKE A PIN IN THE CYLINDER WHEN WE NEVER TOUCHED IT. THE TRUCK'S CYLINDER WAS NOT THE ISSUE NOR WAS IT EVER BROKEN. IT WAS A KEY THAT I WANTED, NOTHING ELSE. NOW ITS GOING TO COST ME MORE MONEY TO PUT BACK THE ORIGINAL KEY CYLINDER AND REPROGRAM OUR ORIGINAL KEY BECAUSE WE FOUND OUR MISPLACED KEY. I HAVE TEXT MESSAGES IN MY CELL WHERE MR. ******** CLAIMS HE DID NOTHING WRONG. HE IS INCORRECT. HE COMPLETELY MESSED UP HERE. THE KEY HE MADE IS LARGER THEN THE ORIGINAL ONE AND THEREFORE WE NEED TO TILT OUR STEERING WHEEL DOWNWARD TO ITS LOWEST IN ORDER FOR US TO TURN THE IGNITION KEY ON OR OFF AND REMOVE THE KEY FROM THE IGNITION KEY CYLINDER. I WANT A FULL REFUND! HE LOST MY SCREWS TO MY PANELS OF STEERING COLUMN AND TOTALLY MADE THINGS REALLY BAD WHEN THERE WAS NOTHING BROKEN TO BEGIN WITH. NO HONESTY AND NO INTEGRITY FROM THIS BUSINESS AND MR. PRISKLER!
